Marianne Christian-Griffith, Principal

Background

Marianne brings over 20 years of real estate brokerage and corporate consulting experience to the Real Estate Strategies NW partnership. As a CCIM she is skilled in the evaluation and financial implications of various methods of acquisition and disposition, and demographic and economic data. Marianne has successfully completed numerous market expansions and disposition plans for publicly traded national corporations throughout the Pacific Northwest, Alaska and other Western states. Most recently, she was a partner in a general receiver firm, where she assisted numerous banks with disposition strategies for distressed real estate assets.

 

Marianne is a Designated Licensed Broker in Washington and Oregon, creating strategies for and managing real property acquisitions and dispositions for our Clients through our brokerage affiliates.

 

Marianne's brokersge tesm is well qualified to handle lesasing and investment assignmentss of any size.

Marianne holds a Master of Arts (MA) and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Berkeley. Professional associations include past President and current service on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Broker's Association (CBA), and on the Board of Directors for the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR). She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), where she has served as Regional Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors.
